Our Process
Our priority is installing the perfect system for the clients build and lifestyle, a considered balance of quality, cost and efficiency. We follow a tried and true process to achieve this goal.
Step One : Client Engagement
Central heating plays a role in the initial design stages of a new home. We recommend including central heating into a house design as early as possible. We're often engaged as Heating Consultants directly by the architectural team to review plans and run heating calculations to contribute to the design. We discuss client expectations, e.g. how the system will be used and preferences for type of heat, project budget and frequency of use.
Step Two : Heating Proposal
With this information, we prepare a tailored heating proposal including a quote and system design, our best recommendations carefully modelled on the data and information we've been provided. We'll take the time to explain your proposal and fine-tune as required.
Step Three : Supply & Install
We have a select range of high performing, quality products that we know and trust. We work alongside the main contractor and other trades to supply and install the system. We're highly experienced in the construction process and communicating with other parties to get the job completed.
Step Four : Final Completion
Once the system is installed, we ensure our clients feel confident and comfortable with their system, providing a training session and a manual. We're available on an ongoing basis to take care of regular heating maintenance.

Step Five : First service is FREE
After 12 months we offer every client a free service. This way we can fine tune any settings and make sure your system is setup to run in the most efficient way for your needs.
